HOLLOW CONCRETE BLOCK



HOW TO PRODUCE
Made out of concrete mix of suitable proportion. This is made by using cement, sand and metal chips. A hydraulic or manual pressing and vibrating machine is used for this. Normally this is made in a yard.

BRICK ARCHES


How to Produce:
Made with brick and cement mortar. A mould of circular or segmental shape is made & brick is laid on the mould with mortar. When mould is removed, an arch is formed.

CONCRETE DOOR AND WINDOW FRAMES



HOW TO PRODUCE
Made of concrete mix 1:2:4 by using 20 mm metal chips. It is reinforced in order to overcome tensile force coming over. The mould of required dimension is made in steel and is used to cast it. Reinforcement is placed in position. Wooden plugs are also fixed for fixing shutters.

RUBBLE FILLER BLOCK


HOW TO PRODUCE
Made of rock boulders, which is locally available. These boulders are bound together with the help of thin cement mortar (say 1:8). A mould made of steel or wood in the required dimension is used for casting the block. Thin cement concrete may also be used as binder.

FILLER SLAB



HOW TO PRODUCE
Made of concrete mix 1:2:4 and 4th quality MP tiles which serves as filler material. While casting slab, two tiles facing each other are placed between reinforcement, in 30cm centre to centre in short span and 45cm centre to centre in long span. While filling concrete mix, the tile can be shown exposed.

FUNICULAR SHELL



HOW TO PRODUCE
Funicular shells are doubly curved precast concrete units and which owes its strength to its shape. The casted shells are placed between small concrete beams having necessary reinforcement to take up the dead load of the shells. Reinforcements are provided only at periphery. They are usually square shaped and in dimension 90cm x 2.5 cm

Made by using cement mortar of 1:2 mix and weld mesh (20 gauge) & chicken mesh (10 gauge). The weld mesh & chicken mesh are bound together to form a skeleton, then it is plastered with rich cement mortar.
